Ingredients: 

  • medium size apple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 1/2 bundle of organic kale
  • 1/2 bundle of spinach
  • 1 medium fresh lime juice
  • 1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch)
  • 1 cup of ice cubes (optional, for a colder juice)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

 

Organic Green Juice

 

Instructions:

  • Take a high speed blender, add alll the ingredients and blend in a high speed.
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more apple for sweetness, add more lemon for hue flavor, add more ice cubes for a colder juice.
  • Optionally, garnish your juice with a organic kale for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Serve in to two galasses. Serve immediately for best taste and refrigerate up to 15 days.
