Iced Caramel Latte

  • 1 cup stongly brewed espresso (or brewed coffee)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk)
  • 2 tbsp of caramel syrup
  • ice cubes (optional)





  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel drizzle




  • If you are using a coffee machine, prepare a strong cup of coffee or espresso. Alternatively, you can prepare a concentrated cup of instant coffee.
  • Allow the coffee or espresso to cool to room temperature.
  • You can use bought caramel syrup or make your own by heating equal amounts of sugar and water in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves and turns caramel-colored. Allow it to cool before using.
  • Take a tall glass and fill it with ice cubes. The amount of ice can vary depending on how strong you want your iced latte to be.
  • Pour chilled coffee or espresso into a glass over ice.
  • Drizzle caramel syrup into a glass with coffee or espresso. You can adjust the amount to your desired sweetness level.
  • If you have milk, whisk the milk until it is creamy and slightly frothy. If not, you can heat the milk in the microwave or on the stove until it is warm but not boiling.
  • Pour the frothed or hot milk over the coffee and caramel in the glass.
  • Use a long spoon to stir the mixture well, making sure the caramel is well incorporated into the latte.
  • If you like, top your iced caramel latte with a dollop of whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel syrup for extra deliciousness.
  • Your iced caramel latte is ready to enjoy. Serve it with a straw and a delicious blend of coffee, caramel and creamy milk over ice.
