  • 1-2 medium size mangoes (fresh and frozen)
  • 1 cup of strawberries (fresh and frozen)
  • 3 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • 2-3 tbsp of honey (adjust taste as needed)
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp of chia seeds
  • Mango & strawberry slices (for garnish)

Prepare Your Fruits:

  • Wash the strawberries and peel and chop the mango into small pieces.

  • Place the strawberries and mango chunks into your blender.

Add Yogurt and Sweetener:

  • Pour in your chosen yogurt or dairy-free alternative, and add honey or agave syrup for sweetness.

Ice It Up:

  • Drop in a handful of ice cubes to keep the smoothie cool and refreshing.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Put the lid on your blender and blend everything until it reaches a creamy consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well incorporated.

Taste and Adjust:

  • Give it a taste test. If it’s not sweet enough, add more honey or syrup. If it’s too thick, add a bit more yogurt or milk.

Serving and Enjoying:

  • Serve immediately, and enjoy your fresh smoothie bowl, or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
