  • 2 medium size banana (fresh and frozen)

  • 2 tsp of chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp of honey

  • Oats sprinkles (for garnish)

 

 

Instructions:

  • Add the freozen bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, greek yogurt, flax seeds, chia seeds, oats, and honey (if you prefer a sweeter taste) in a blender.
  • If you like your smoothie cold, add a few ice cubes.
  • Blend all the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. This typically takes 1-2 minutes.
  • If your smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit of milk to reach your desired texture.
