  • 2 cups of pineapple chunks (fresh and frozen)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or any other milk)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream (or whipped cream)
  • 1 medium size banana (peeled and frozen)
  • 2-3 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes (optional)
  • fresh Pineapple slice (for garnish)

  • Add the pineapple chunks, banana, coconut milk, coconut cream, greek yogurt, and honey (if you prefer a sweeter taste) in a blender.
  • If you like your smoothie cold, add a few ice cubes.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
  • If your smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit of water to reach your desired texture.
