Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk (or any dairy free milk)
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • 1 cup of fresh kale or spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp of honey (for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp of chia or hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes (optional)

 

Toppings:

Instructions:
