Vibrant Mango & Beet Smoothie


A vibrant mango and beetroot smoothie, a blend of tropical mangoes and earthy beets, represents a harmonious combination of flavors and nutritional benefits.   • 1 cup of fresh mango chunks
  • 1 medium size carrot (for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup of beetroot
  • 1 medium size banana (peeled and frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries (fresh and frozen)
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp of honey (adjust to taste for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Lemon Slice (for garnish)





Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Peel and dice 1 ripe mango.
  • Cook or steam 1 small beet until tender, then let it cool.
  • Measure 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • Slice 1 ripe banana.
  • Measure 1-2 tablespoons of honey, depending on your desired sweetness.
  • Measure 1 cup of almond milk.

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Place all the prepared ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Pour the vibrant mango and beet smoothie into a glass.
  • Garnish with a few slices of fresh mango or a sprinkle of chia seeds if you like.
    Insert a colorful straw.


  • Serve in to two galasses. Serve immediately for best taste and refrigerate up to 2 days.
