Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups of seedless watermelon chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • juice of 1-2 fresh limes (depending on your taste preference)
  • 1-2 tbsp of agave syrup (adjust to taste for sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

 

Watermelon Smoothie

 

Instructions:

  • Take a high speed blender, add alll the ingredients and blend in a high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more greek yogurt for creaminess, adding more mint leaves for cold refreshness, adding ice cubes for colder smoothie.
  • Optionally, garnish your smoothie with a mint leaves or watermelon small piece for an extra burst of flavor and creaminess.
  • Serve into two glasses. Serve immediately for best taste and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
