Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fresh Strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup of ice cubes (optional)

 

Creamy Strawberry Smoothie

 

Instructions:

  • Take a high speed blender, add strawberries, greek yogurt, dairy free milk, ripe banana, honey, protein powder (optional), and vanilla extract.
  • If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes as well.
  • Blend all ingredients oh high speed until smooth and creamy. you may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness as you needed, adding more bananas for sweetness, add more strawberries for creaminess.
  • Serve in two bowls, garnish with some strawberries and oats. Serve immediately for best taste and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
