Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter (creamy or crunchiness)
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled or frozen)
  • 1 cup of greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
  • 1/2 cup of dairy free milk (dairy or non dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

 

Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

 

Instructions:

  • Take a high speed blender, add alll the ingredients and blend in a high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more peanut butter for crunhiness, adding more greek yogurt for creaminess, adding more banana for sweetness.
  • Optionally, garnish your smoothie with a handful of frozen blueberries for an extra burst of flavor and creaminess.
  • Serve into two glasses. Serve immediately for best taste and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
